To celebrate the end of a very “rich and effervescent” year, our last wine dinner of 2021 will be all about the exciting world of sparkling wines. From France to Spain to Italy and California, we’ll explore a selection of Champagnes and other sparklers that showcase a variety of terroirs and wine making styles for a collection of bright and lively, balanced wines you can enjoy every day. Chef Rigo’s menu will also feature a caviar selection as a little extra indulgence for your palate.

We are excited to be collaborating with two fabulous neighbors for this wine dinner menu. Our artisanal cheeses are from The Cheese Addiction and fresh pasta from The Italian Homemade Company.
